1 All seed orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
2 Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
3 During busy seasons, sales, or promotions, order preparation may require additional time. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify you via email promptly.

2 Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

3 Shipping Regions

1 Currently, we only ship within the United States.
2 Shipping to U.S. territories and P.O. Box addresses is not available at this time.

4 Shipping Fees

1 Orders with a subtotal over $50 USD qualify for free shipping.
2 For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD will apply.
3 Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
4 Occasionally, special shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly advertised on our website.

5 Shipping Delays and Liability

1 Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery schedules, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping periods.
2 Handydandy Furniture is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3 We are, however, happy to assist you with tracking shipments and communicating with carriers if you experience delivery issues.

6 Packaging and Order Condition

1 All seeds are carefully packaged to protect product quality and prevent damage during transit.
2 If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3 Email us at info@handydandyfurniture.shop with your order number and clear photos illustrating the problem.
4 We will review your case promptly and provide a replacement or other suitable resolution according to our return and exchange policies.
