Refunds and Returns

At Handydandy Furniture, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that issues may occasionally occur, and this policy explains the conditions under which seed orders may be returned or refunded in a clear and fair manner.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 15 days from the date your seeds are delivered.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

Seeds must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition
Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
Items must not be custom-made or marked as final sale
Seeds must not show damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

A full refund will be issued if the issue is due to our responsibility, including but not limited to incorrect items shipped, seeds damaged during transit, or shipping errors.


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number
A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request
Clear photos if the seeds are damaged or incorrect

Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address if required.


3. Return Shipment Requirements

If a return is approved, seeds must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving approval.

Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping method to ensure proper delivery. Once the returned seeds are received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection is completed.


4. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

For returns requested due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns caused by product quality issues or shipping errors, Handydandy Furniture will cover all applicable shipping costs.

Customers are advised to keep their return tracking number until the refund process is fully completed.


5. Additional Conditions

Refund requests submitted after 15 days from delivery may not be eligible
Requests that do not follow the outlined return process may be declined
Returned items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund
