Peace of Mind Exchange Policy

At Handydandy Furniture, we take pride in the quality and condition of every seed we ship. If you encounter any problems with your order upon receipt, our exchange policy is here to ensure a smooth, fair, and timely resolution.


1 Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are eligible only if one or more of the following apply:

1 Seeds arrived damaged due to shipping
2 You received the wrong seed variety or an incorrect quantity
3 Seeds were visibly defective or unusable at the time of delivery

Please be aware that issues caused by improper storage, handling, or usage after delivery do not qualify for exchange.


2 Exchange Restrictions

We are unable to process exchanges under the following conditions:

1 Change of mind or personal preferences, including differences in color, size, flavor, or expected growth results
2 Germination failures resulting from planting methods, soil conditions, watering, or environmental factors
3 Requests made more than 15 days after the delivery date
4 Products clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable


3 How to Request an Exchange

Step 1 Contact Customer Support
Please email us at info@handydandyfurniture.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include these details in your message:
1 Your order number
2 A clear description of the problem
3 Photos showing the seeds and the original packaging

Step 2 Review and Approval
Our support team will assess your request and respond within 1 business day, informing you whether your exchange is approved and if a return is necessary.

Step 3 Return the Item (If Required)
If a return is requested:
1 We will provide a return shipping address
2 Please ship the seeds back using a trackable shipping method

Step 4 Replacement Shipment
Once we receive and inspect the returned seeds, a replacement will be shipped within 2 business days. You will receive tracking information once the replacement is on its way.


4 Shipping Cost Responsibility

1 If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., damaged seeds, incorrect items), Handydandy Furniture will cover all shipping costs.
2 For other approved exchange reasons, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.


5 Packaging Instructions

1 Please retain the original packaging when returning seeds to prevent damage during transit.
2 Exchanges may be denied if returned seeds arrive damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging.
